The Tekalo server is in France. During a call, the customer’s voice is transcribed by Soniox in the European Union and not kept; replies are written by Anthropic (language model) and spoken by ElevenLabs (speech synthesis), and the call goes through Telnyx (telephony) and Cloudflare (network), in the United States, with the safeguards the GDPR requires. The details are in our terms of sale.
